At Mindful Healing, we put the client first. From our commitment to matching clients with their best therapist and our dedication in providing technological supports to meet their needs, we strive to make the therapeutic process as person-centered as possible. We want what's best for you and we'll help you get it.

Our Location

Mindful Healing is located within Brighton Pathways to Health, a converted house on Brighton-Henrietta Townline Road. Housing different alternative health practitioners, our location allows for easy collaboration with other treatment providers to ensure the best quality care for our clients. Our building is wheel-chair accessible with a convenient handicapped parking space and ramp to the door in front and parking lot with rear entrance for able-bodied clients.

Licensed Clinical psychologist

Christina R. Mannion, PsyD

Over the last 10 years, Dr. Chrissy has worked in inpatient, outpatient, residential, and school settings in the New York City and Chicago metropolitan areas. A native Rochesterian, she returned to the area in 2017, providing outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults at the local Child Advocacy Center. Currently, she continues her therapeutic practice with adolescents and adults through Mindful Healing and also provides mental health assessments for veterans through Workout Medical. At Mindful Healing, Dr. Chrissy is able to broaden her treatment focus and connect her passion for mental health therapy with her interest in alternative treatments and medicines.

Mental Health Counselor

Sarah Lamb, MS, MHC-LP, CYT, RMT

Sarah has been a yoga and mindfulness instructor and Reiki Master healer and teacher in the Rochester area since 2006. During her healing journey, Sarah began to research empathic and highly sensitive people and started to run mindfulness groups for those that identified as an empath and HSP in 2015. In 2016, Sarah decided to pursue her Master's in Mental Health Counseling. Since 2017, Sarah has worked in both insurance and non-insurance based clinics and has had experience in inpatient and outpatient settings in both mental health and chemical dependency. Sarah currently continues her mental health practice with adolescents and adults through Mindful Healing and also teaches yoga and mindfulness classes and workshops throughout the community. She includes Reiki, yoga, and mindfulness within the framework of her sessions at Mindful Healing and is trained in mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy (MBCBT).
